Mandate of the role

Lead the development, harmonization, governance and continuous improvement of reusable legal content. Translate legal expertise into practical templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks and guardrails that improve consistency, accelerate contracting and enable scalable legal service delivery.

Role responsibilities

- Develop, standardize, and maintain legal templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and related guidance materials.

- Create practical contracting standards, fallback positions, approval requirements, and escalation frameworks to support consistent negotiations.

- Establish governance processes for legal content, including ownership, version control, review cycles, and exception management.

- Build and maintain a centralized legal knowledge repository, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

- Translate legal standards into scalable workflows, decision trees, automation, CLM, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to validate content, align standards, and drive adoption.

- Deliver training,



user guidance, and change-management initiatives to promote consistent use of legal resources.

- Monitor usage, exceptions, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve legal content and knowledge assets.

Profile

- Law degree and authorization to practice law in Mexico, in good standing, or a comparable qualification acceptable for the role.

- At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, with substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a sophisticated in-house legal department, law firm, or comparable environment.
