This role is accountable for the strategic and operational management of the Corporation's property portfolio. It sets the policies and standards for the management and maintenance of EWSC's office facilities, warehouses as well as facilities attached to water infrastructure sites in order to ensure maximum utilisation and operational efficiencies of the Corporation's property assets. It sets the strategy for the acquisition land, property development, leasing and disposal of buildings in order to support the operational requirements of the Corporation.
The role is also accountable for the provision of fleet and transport services at EWSC. It sets polices and standards for the planning and organisation of vehicles in order to meet and enable business operational requirements by sourcing vehicles and plant and implementation of fleet management systems.

Educational Requirement:

Experience
- 7 years' progressive experience in developing, controlling and administering Property, Facilities and Administration functions,
- 3 years experience in fleet or transport management,
- 5 years management experience.
