About the Position

We are looking for a Siemens NX Programmer to join our manufacturing team in San Luis Potosí.

This position will be responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing manufacturing programs using Siemens NX, with a focus on CNC machining and manufacturing processes. The programmer will work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure programs meet technical and manufacturing requirements while maintaining quality, precision, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain CNC manufacturing programs using Siemens NX.
- Create and optimize toolpaths and machining strategies according to manufacturing requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and strategies.
- Support CNC machine setup, program testing, and program validation.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Optimize programs to improve cycle time, quality, and process efficiency.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CNC programs and revisions.
- Document program changes and revisions.
- Support continuous improvement and manufacturing process optimization activities.

Training in the United States · The selected candidate will be required to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, at the beginning of employment for training.





· The company will provide support with the U.S. visa application process as needed.

· Candidates should be aware of and comfortable with the travel requirement as part of the position.

Required Qualifications

- Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens NX, particularly NX CAM.
- Experience with CNC programming and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic to intermediate English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machining.
- Experience with CNC milling and/or turning.
- Experience with post-processors and CNC program verification.
- Knowledge of GD&T.;
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD/CAM software.
- Experience in mold manufacturing or precision machining.
- Experience with automotive or industrial manufacturing.
- Manufacturing process optimization experience.
- Continuous improvement experience.
