MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
Lead Supply Chain strategy to optimize planning, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance in an EMS environment.
REQUISITOS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading Supply Chain, Planning and Procurement.
- 5+ years of experience within EMS companies.
- Experience in automotive, electronics or contract manufacturing environments.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and SAP.
- Experience in data analysis and KPI design and implementation.
- Experience leading and developing buyers and planners.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to diagnose processes and develop action plans.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing supply chain disruptions.
ACTIVIDADES
- Own the Production Plan based on S&OP; and sales forecasts.
- Optimize S&OP;, VMI and CMI processes.
- Benchmark Supply Chain practices within the EMS industry.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Lead supplier negotiations, including suppliers in Asia.
- Analyze pricing, markets, suppliers, customers, competitors and LTAs.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, standard work and dashboards.
- Act as an escalation point for Supply Chain issues.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to achieve CQD objectives.
- Establish team goals and provide mentoring and coaching to buyers and planners.
