Felix Technology is seeking an experienced and highly capable Supply Chain Specialist to manage supplier relationships, procurement activities, purchasing, local and international logistics, and delivery coordination across multiple technical projects.

The idóneo candidate is proactive, resourceful, commercially minded, and highly organized, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate challenges, and independently drive activities to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and supply chain activities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Evaluate, negotiate with, and manage domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, shipping terms, and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate international and domestic logistics, including freight, shipping documentation, customs clearance, import requirements, and final delivery.
- Review technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with technical teams and suppliers, where necessary, to ensure compliance.
- Track purchasing, production, documentation, inspections, shipments, and delivery milestones from end to end.




- Proactively identify delays, supply chain risks, or discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships while protecting the company’s commercial and operational interests.
- Coordinate effectively with internal technical, project, quality, and finance teams.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, or project-based purchasing.
- Strong hands-on experience with international logistics, freight coordination, customs processes, and import documentation.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with technical or industrial products and international suppliers is strongly preferred.
- Strong initiative and ownership with minimal need for supervision.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and commercial judgment.
