Systems Administrator – Azure & Identity

Monthly Salary: $78,400 MXN

We are looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft Azure, identity management, Microsoft 365, and endpoint administration. This role will be responsible for maintaining secure and reliable cloud, identity, collaboration, and device-management environments while supporting daily operations and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Entra Connect/Cloud Sync.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group lifecycle, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation using SAML and OIDC.
- Support identity and access management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage mailboxes, permissions, licenses, security settings, and access controls.
- Manage corporate endpoints through Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, connectivity, and user-access issues.
- Monitor system health, security alerts, and service availability.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, change control, and technical escalations.




- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve security, automation, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Entra Connect or Cloud Sync and hybrid identity environments.
- Experience administering Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and device management.
- Knowledge of SSO and federation protocols such as SAML and OIDC.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, authentication, Microsoft 365, DNS, endpoints, and access management.
- Experience with system monitoring, patching, security controls, documentation, and change-management processes.
- Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, security, service desk, and internal IT teams.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with privileged identity or privileged access management.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
- Experience supporting security and compliance standards in enterprise environments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $76,000.00 - $77,000.00 per month
