As a remote team member, you’ll collaborate with other UX/UI designers and developers to design and improve a productivity-focused SaaS platform, creating intuitive screens, scalable design systems, and a consistent user experience as the product evolves.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to help design and improve a productivity-focused SaaS platform. You’ll create intuitive screens, dashboards, and user flows in Figma , working with an existing design system and collaborating closely with other UX/UI designers and developers.

The adecuado candidate is comfortable designing data-heavy interfaces , thinking through complex user flows, and making clear decisions based on user needs and product goals. You should be able to explain the reasoning behind your designs, identify usability issues, and turn complex functionality into simple, intuitive experiences.

Experience with Figma, design systems, prototyping, developer handoff, and accessibility is highly valued. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus, but strong UX/UI fundamentals and independent design thinking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and interfaces.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product goals.
- Create and manage design systems using Figma for consistency and scalability.
- Present and explain design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Make thoughtful design decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
- Background in UX research or user-centered design.




- Proficiency in Figma at a medium to high level.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while following structured design processes.
- Interest in focused, creative activities that reflect discipline and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with design handoff tools or basic front-end development concepts.
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Exposure to agile workflows or product development cycles.
