Optimus Steel is looking for a Finance Trainee who is interested in strengthening their financial knowledge and gaining professional experience in the United States.

Requirements

-

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

- Additional education or training in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Investments, or Financial Analysis is preferred.

- Maximum 3 years of experience in Finance-related areas.

- Fluent conversational English – required.

- Willingness to relocate temporarily to the United States (J-1 visa).

Responsibilities

-

- Analyze operating costs, consumption, efficiency, and variances within the production process.

- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and Budget vs. Presente analysis.

- Monitor financial and operational KPIs,



identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities.

- Analyze the relationship between operations and financial results, including impacts on the P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

- Support the automation and optimization of financial reports to facilitate decision-making.

You will have the opportunity to develop your professional experience in the United States, working closely with Finance and Operations teams. We manage your J-1 visa process. Candidates must be currently located in Mexico.

Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extending up to 1.5 years
