We're Hiring:Process Engineering ManagerAre you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in electronics manufacturing?We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, improve manufacturing performance, and develop a high-performing engineering team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and new product introduction (NPI) activities.- Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.- Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to achieve business objectives.- Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction,
