POSITION: Supply Operations ManagerLocation: Remote (Latin America Preferred)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)Compensation: 3500 - 4500 USD/month + Performance BonusNote: Independent contractor positionWE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:* Manage inbound supply chain operations from purchase order creation through inventory receipt.* Develop and maintain inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels.* Coordinate with international suppliers to manage production schedules and order fulfillment.* Monitor inventory performance and recommend replenishment strategies.* Oversee purchase order execution, tracking, and documentation.* Coordinate trade finance activities and support letters of credit and related financial processes.* Analyze inventory trends, operational KPIs, and forecasting accuracy.* Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and operational processes.* Partner with finance and operations teams to support business planning and inventory management.* Ensure timely communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and inventory risks.If you meet these requirements, we'd love to receive your application.
