Scholarship

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Electronics.

Experience

5 - 8 years of related experience

Knowledge

- Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).
- Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).
- SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
- Mechanical Integration(Top Level).
- Lean Six Sigma
- English 90%.

Activities / Responsibilities

- Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
- Kaizen, to improvement the production processes.
- Mapping (VSM), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
- Advice to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.
- Standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.
- Improve visual factory in assemble stations.
