At Yuksel Seeds we are looking for a Technical Sales & Development Representative to drive our growth in Sonora and Baja California, Mexico.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the development of new varieties and field demonstration trials.
- Promote and position our commercial portfolio in the region.
- Prospect new customers and strategic distributors.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: sales, collections, and customer loyalty.
- Provide technical support and after-sales follow-up to key clients.
- Achieve sales targets and report results to management.

What We Are Looking

- Minimum 5 years of experience in vegetable seed sales and development
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Agronomy or related field.
- Based in Sonora or willing to relocate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid passport and visa.
- Intermediate English (spoken and written).
