Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Systems Practitioner - Lean Mfg / CI to lead the development and delivery of the Integral Supply Chain Lean Academy. You will train, coach and mentor employees, design content, and support kaizen events on the shop floor to embed lean practices.
The role requires 2-3 years in lean manufacturing, strong problem‑solving and English proficiency, and willingness to travel within Mexico and internationally.
