Enroute is seeking a forward-thinking AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate our software teams by integrating AI into the SDLC. You will identify, implement, and optimize AI tools, scripts, and custom harnesses to improve developer productivity and outcomes.

The adecuado candidate has deep AI model knowledge, strong scripting in Python and Bash, and experience building chatbots and MCP integrations. You will monitor AI usage, costs, latency, and effectiveness, while evangelizing best practices
