Trafigura in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead and develop the Facilities team, ensuring high service levels and cost‑effective operations across office spaces.

You will oversee vendor contracts, budget management, asset lifecycle, and health and safety compliance while coordinating internal events and maintaining a safe, functional work environment. This role requires 3–5 years in facilities, experience managing small teams, and English proficiency at least B2.
