YOUR BACKGROUNG:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably Law, Administration) *preferred*
- +2 years of experience in contract management or procurement
- Advanced english proficiency
- Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of basic contract law principles

YOUR ROLE:

- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
- Manage contract lifecycle in the system (e.g., Icertis), including updates and archiving.
- Track renewal dates and initiate renegotiation or extension processes.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide support on contract interpretation for operational teams.
