Amdocs is seeking a Software Support and Development Engineer to provide best-in-class technical support to a integral customer base in Mexico. You will investigate, debug, reproduce issues, deliver fixes and verify changes while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
The role requires ownership, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will participate in on-call weekend support on a rotation and contribute to production issue resolution.
