Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output within a manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a team, fostering clear communication, and providing guidance to achieve production goals.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.




- Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong abilities in Activity Coordination, with a demonstrated capacity to organize and manage complex tasks.
- Excellent Coaching skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, guide, and direct a team towards common goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant production software and tools is a plus.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
