The Sales Support Specialist supports the Sales Operations team through accurate order entry, sales order maintenance, and administrative coordination. This is an internal-facing position focused on ensuring orders are complete, updated, and accurately reflect product, warehouse, and fulfillment costs.

Location: San Pedro Garza García, Reciente León (On-site)

The Sales Support Specialist supports the Sales Operations team through accurate order entry, sales order maintenance, and administrative coordination. This is an internal-facing position focused on ensuring orders are complete, updated, and accurately reflect product, warehouse, and fulfillment costs.

Responsibilities

- Process and update sales orders in the Famous ERP system.
- Download purchase orders from retailer portals and external platforms.
- Monitor assigned accounts for new orders, revisions, and cancellations.
- Review purchase orders and confirm all required information is complete.
- Add warehouse and fulfillment charges, including pallet breakdown, strapping, and protective packaging costs.
- Manage high-volume retailer accounts that require manual order processing.




- Communicate discrepancies and order changes to the Sales Manager and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records while handling repetitive, high-volume data entry.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales department.

Requirements

- 2+ yrs of experience in order entry, sales support, sales administration, data entry, or administrative operations.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks accurately.

Preferred

- Experience with Famous, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another ERP system.
- Experience downloading and processing purchase orders through retailer portals.
- Background in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with EDI processes.
