The Characterization Technician role at Semtech in Aguascalientes, Mexico, is part of the Backend Characterization Engineering team. You will monitor and run up to 10 characterization test benches during off-hours to extend the lab’s operational window and ensure continuous execution of programs.
Responsibilities include hands-on operation of measurement equipment, automation flow management, bench startup/shutdown with safety, data logging and shift handoff, and escalation to on-call engineers.
