Johnson & Johnson in Juárez, Chihuahua, is seeking a Technical Specialist for Manufacturing Systems (MES). You will support and train production teams, perform MES configuration changes, and help drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing platforms.
You will participate in MES deployment, validation, and documentation, collaborate with multiple plants, and ensure changes are recorded with accuracy. A background in engineering and 2–4 years of related experience is preferred.
