What a Typical Day Looks Like

- Act as a change agent and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Drive waste elimination, variation reduction and process optimization.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops.
- Develop and validate process standards and best practices.
- Analyze metrology test results and measurement system performance.
- Lead metrology laboratory and component performance validation activities.
- Apply statistical analysis and quality methodologies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
- Deliver Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching.

The Experience We're Looking To Add To Our Team

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement in roles related to Metrology.
- knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.




- Experience with metrology analysis, statistical process control and quality systems.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Intermediate English.
