IFF is seeking an HR Operations professional for a hybrid role based in Azcapotzalco/Polanco, Mexico City. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage data entry across HCM systems, and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
The idóneo candidate has 2–4 years in HR operations, advanced English, and hands-on experience with Workday or SAP. You will support reporting, processes and documentation such as contracts and starter packs.
