Salesforce Developer

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Configure and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions following Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL queries, and Unit Tests.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with middleware platforms and apply enterprise integration and trigger patterns.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and quality.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.




- Deliver technical presentations and solution demos to stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Apex Triggers
- SOQL
- Apex Unit Testing
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working with middleware and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a general environment.
