Motive is seeking a driven Account Executive to help build and expand our sales organization in México City. This hybrid role is a pivotal early member of the regional team, accelerating growth, building customer relationships, and shaping how Motive delivers value locally.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop new business, and consistently exceed targets across verticals such as transportation, logistics, construction, and field services. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
