Morgan Advanced Materials is establishing a Finance Shared Services Centre in Juriquilla, Querétaro, to support US and North America. You will lead day-to-day SSC operations, manage the team and ensure accurate, timely accounting across AP, AR, Treasury and junior staff.
This hands-on leadership role requires deep process knowledge, KPI management and strong collaboration with US finance leaders. The position is hybrid with regular office attendance and a clear path to shape the SSC’s growth.
