Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Actual Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers,
and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
- Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
- Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
- Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
