Responsibilities Support the implementation, commissioning, and ongoing support of automated manufacturing equipment and robotic cells. Participate in the installation, commissioning, validation, and ongoing operation of automated manufacturing systems. Design or modify fixtures, tooling, and simple workstations to support automated operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, process-related, and equipment issues. Collaborate with equipment suppliers and external partners during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and process improvement activities. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and preventive maintenance procedures. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce process variability. Provide technical support to production teams. Train operators and supervisors on the proper use of automated equipment and standardized processes. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience programming automated robotic arms using Lua scripting. Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics systems. Strong mechanical skills, with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, responsible, service-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with PLC-controlled equipment. Basic knowledge of CAD software or 3 D modeling tools (Solid Works, Auto CAD, Inventor, or similar). Experience configuring and using machine-to-machine communication systems, including RS-485, Modbus, and TCP/IP. Intermediate to advanced level of English. Valid passport and U. S. visa.
