$17,000 MXN/month after taxes + Mexican Legal Benefits

What we're looking for:

1+ year of experience in Client Service, BDR, or a similar field Fluent spoken and written English Strong communication and persuasion skills Results-driven mindset Goal-oriented and competitive

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

One Saturday per rotation every 7–9 weeks, paid as overtime, plus an additional bonus for working on Saturday.

Main responsibilities:

Assist potential new clients with their initial process and a brief questionnaire Onboard new clients to our portals Send documentation for signature Provide a positive and professional first experience for new clients
