EHS Team leader Start Date: Immediate

Responsible for design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's environmental, health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities are within the environmental health and safety function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Your position Ensure EHS regulatory schedule is followed in the plant. Provide training and technical advice on safety and environmental protection Direct and supervise the Plant's Commissions and Brigades Operational maintenance of the ISO 45001 in-plant system Responsible for on-floor monitoring of ISO 45001 system Investigation of Accidents, Incidents, First Aid, Environmental Impacts, Non-Conformities Compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements Weekly floor tours and audits Follow-up of the internal health and safety system, policies, procedures, standards, legal compliance Contractor and supplier protocols and management Monitor and execution in the control of transport booths Elaboration of procedures You will be Bilingual in Spanish and English required Knowledge in SST and PASST Internal auditor of the ISO 45001 system Familiarity with Industrial safety, risk prevention, in-plant emergencies Knowledge in Ergonomics (risk analysis) Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements Risk analysis knowledge by operation. Knowledge in SAP Strong verbal and written communication,



interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and highly organized At least 3 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment Education/ training in Health, Safety, and Environmental Our offer A competitive salary package that reflects your qualifications, experience, and current market standards.
