We are currently seeking a Recovery Specialist who will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, developing effective recovery strategies, and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining accurate documentation and professional client communication.

Key Responsibilities Manage accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions. Contact clients to secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements. Adjust recovery strategies and escape accounts when necessary. Meet recovery targets while maintaining accurate account documentation. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in collections or Accounts Receivable (AR). Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
