Job Duties and Responsibilities Create and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and support production efficiency. Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance staff. Allocate labor and resources effectively across shifts and departments. Maintain adherence to OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety policies. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and root cause analysis of recurring issues. Track maintenance metrics such as downtime, response time, and cost efficiency. Use data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs.



Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience 10+ years of experience Skills Strong ability to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, combined with deep technical knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and manufacturing processes. Proven leadership skills to manage diverse maintenance teams, drive performance, and collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and safety departments.
