Job Description

Resumen del Puesto: ** El Líder de Logística será responsable de supervisar y optimizar las operaciones logísticas diarias, asegurando la eficiencia en el flujo de materiales, almacenamiento y distribución para CROWN Envases Mexico, S. A. de C. V.

Responsabilidades del Puesto Planificar, implementar y supervisar todas las actividades logísticas, incluyendo transporte, almacenamiento, gestión de inventario y distribución. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores de transporte y otros socios logísticos. Negociar tarifas y términos de servicio con transportistas y proveedores. Optimizar rutas y procesos para reducir costos y mejorar la eficiencia en la cadena de suministro. Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas y regulaciones de seguridad y aduanas. Gestionar y capacitar al equipo de logística, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento. Implementar y monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar la eficiencia logística.



Identificar y resolver problemas logísticos de manera proactiva, minimizando interrupciones. Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar una integración fluida de las operaciones logísticas. Participar en la selección e implementación de nuevas tecnologías y sistemas logísticos. Cualificaciones del Puesto Licenciatura en Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia progresiva en roles de logística, preferentemente en entornos de fabricación o de ritmo ágil. Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de equipos y liderazgo. Conocimiento profundo de los principios de gestión de la cadena de suministro y mejores prácticas. Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS) y sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP). Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y negociación. Dominio del idioma español e inglés (oral y escrito). Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades. Conocimiento de las regulaciones de importación/exportación y aduanas es una ventaja.
