**What You Will Do + Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation. + Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiriesregardingorder status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. + Collaborates with buyers onpurchasingactivities for goods, materials, supplies, and services,optimizingprocurement efficiency. + Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals tofacilitatesmooth procurement operations. + Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making. + Provides assistance in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing. + Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met. + Coordinates with suppliers to schedule orexpeditedeliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays. + Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships. + Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.



+ Maybe responsible fordelivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations. + Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency **Qualifications You Must Have: + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field. + Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English. **Qualifications We Prefer: + Non-product experience + Mastersdegree in operationsor supply chain + Prior experience negotiating contracts + APICS certification + Continuous Improvement certification Role Type Definitions:
