You will be on the floor every day, setting the standard, training the teams, and holding the site to it.What You'll DoDevelop, implement and monitor HSE policiesConduct risk assessments and safety auditsInvestigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are completedTrain staff on safety procedures and best practicesEnsure compliance with local and international HSE regulationsPerform workplace inspectionsMonitor safety equipment and PPE complianceRun safety meetings and training sessionsReport HSE performance to managementHow we will measure successzero safety incidents, zero workplace accidents, full compliance with safety regulations, timely incident reporting and resolution, and continuous improvement of HSE practices.What you will bring to StarkStrong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations2 to 4 years in HSE coordination in manufacturing,
