Reporting to the Director, Operations.The Process Engineer will be based in Guadalajara North Campus.
Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvementNew product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handlingCustomer and internal communicationEvaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturabilityEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parametersParticipate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvementsEvaluate and select various engineered materialsImplement statistical process analysis on new and existing productsProvide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilitiesDevelop manufacturing documents and review processing methodsInterface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transferAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transferExperience we are looking to add to our team:Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering)Bachelor or above degreeExperience in PCBA and mechanical assemblyIntermediate - Advanced English communicationgood at report editing capabilityHave good communication skill with OEM customerFamiliar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledgeCan use statistic method to analysisWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive SalaryLife & Medical insuranceChristmas BonusFood CouponsSaving FundHS115 Job Category Production EngineeringRequired Skills: Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
