Method & practice Agility: Leverages Agile method elements in approach practices by preparing user stories, defining, selecting, and deselecting product features to deliver product vision outcomes
Pricing / Quotingfor LCL customers ( Spots , Tenders, Small BCOs)
Vendor management /create performance management routines, create buying strategies, improve GP margins for services quoted locally
Maintain local rates updated in integral rate cards, maersk.com GTM
Participate in ad hoc projects within the Delivery/ CX department that may result in a reduction of operational costs or performance improvement.
Be permanently updated on market prices and possible development
