You'll work closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to keep shipments moving efficiently from pickup to final delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate daily communication with customers, warehouses, carriers, and vendors. Manage road freight shipments from booking through delivery. Create shipment files and transportation orders within company systems. Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates. Maintain customer account information and operational records. Monitor warehousing and distribution activities for assigned accounts. Support billing activities and identify discrepancies when needed.



Generate operational reports and help maintain workflow visibility. Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Accounting, and Operations teams. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or currently close to graduation). 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, operations, or supply chain environments. Experience in 3 PL, trucking, warehousing, LTL, FTL, or freight forwarding is a plus. Customer-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Advanced English proficiency required.
