Position SummaryThe MRO Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials, ensuring the timely availability of parts, components, and supplies to support production and maintenance activities while driving inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and team performance.
✅ What We're Looking ForRequired ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related management roles.Management of spare parts and component warehouses.
MRO inventory and materials management.Material planning and Kanban systems.
Production and maintenance material supply processes.Supplier management and purchasing coordination.
Inventory control and traceability.
KPI monitoring and performance management.




Management of high-value and repairable inventory items.
Team leadership and people management experience.
Strong focus on industrial safety and continuous improvementTechnical RequirementsSAP WM or SAP MM (mandatory).
Advanced Excel skills.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and IATF ***** standards.
ISO **** and VDA knowledge is highly desirable.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.LanguageIntermediate English proficiency.
