## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Process Engineer** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.
**Reporting to the **Director, Operations**.
The **Process Engineer** will be based in Guadalajara North Campus.
Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.
**What a typical day looks like:*** PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;* New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;* Customer and internal communication;* Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;* Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;* Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;* Evaluate and select various engineered materials;* Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;* Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;* Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;* Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;* Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
**Experience we are looking to add to our team:*** Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering).
* Bachelor or above degree.
* Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.
* Intermediate - Advanced English communication.
* good at report editing capability.
* Have good communication skill with OEM customer.
* Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.
* Can use statistic method to analysis.
