Bachelor's Degree in Communication I Talent and Operations Analyst at Vintti I Linking American Businesses with General Talent Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only) Time Zone: Must be available to work EST hours Salary Range: $1,300- $1,500 usd p month About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with 2–3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, tech-forward accounting team.
This is a back-office role that plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely deliverables for U. S.
-based clients.
Key Responsibilities: Categorize and record transactions daily via bank feeds in Quick Books Online.
Support month-end close processes during the first two weeks of each month, including clearing bank feeds and reconciling transactions.
Perform book clean-ups and maintain up-to-date records with limited supervision.
Communicate internally through Slack alias accounts to collaborate with the team (not directly client-facing, but must operate within client channels).
Follow detailed SOPs and work autonomously with access to extensive documentation (300+ SOPs available).
Chase down missing statements and assist with compiling necessary financial information.
Must-Have Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.




Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Comfortable working in a remote, process-driven environment .
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with project management tools like Click Up, Asana, or Notion .
