## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Sr Manager, Finance** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.
**Reporting to the **VP, Finance** the **Sr Manager, Finance** is responsible for leading the financial controllership function for the Component Services business.
This role owns financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, working capital, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and business partnering activities.
The position acts as the primary finance leader for the business, supporting executive decision-making and directing shared service teams responsible for transactional finance processes.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
* Own P&L;, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.
* Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.




* Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.
* Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.
* Manage and provide direction to GBS teams supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, master data, and reporting activities.
* Coach and develop finance talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.
* Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.
* Strong ownership of P&L;, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash management.
* Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting principles.
* Experience working in complex multinational and multi-entity environments.
* Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and financial analytics tools.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced English required; professional finance certification (CPA, CMA, CA, MBA) preferred.
