QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scopes, assess technical risks, and shape project roadmaps.Integrate AI-first engineering practices to enhance productivity and quality in software delivery.Who You Are10+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect.Strong full stack expertise with proficiency in .
NET Core, React, Node.Js, and relational databases like MySQL.Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture: microservices, Clean Architecture, integration patterns, and API design.Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, Git workflows, security best practices, and observability.Excellent communication skills, able to engage with general teams and clients, with professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred).
