Our Driver Relations Specialist will collect feedback on driver issues and work directly with the Operations to generate improvement processes to better the driver experience.
Additionally, the Driver Retention Specialist will conduct check-in interviews at integral employment milestones, conduct final interviews on prospective candidates, and other processes to aid with the improvement of the general driver experience.
Retention Specialist must have excellent people skills with problem-solving instincts as well highly compassionate.

Essential Job Functions:Conduct new hire check in calls at 7, 30, 60 and 90 daysAssist with driver's issues reported by drivers and dispatchers and support operations management with solvingIdentify drivers who are potential retention issues and keep in close contact to correct their situationProactively call drivers to identify any potential problems/obtain general feedbackCommunicate daily with operations and retention management team via call and emailConduct Exit Interviews for resigning drivers and identify opportunities for retentionAbility to build genuine rapport with driversAssist with booking travel for drivers when applicablePreferred Experience:Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related roleExperience in Trucking/Logistics is preferred but not requiredWe Offer:Full Private Health InsuranceFun and energetic work environmentUS Based CompanyPaid PTOComfortable new office in Puebla, Mx (Cumbre Abanza Tower)Working Hours (CST):Monday to Friday (Schedule to be confirm, but normally mornings 7AM to 4PM)On-site work only!
