Service Manager, Wide Area Network (WAN)

What You'll Be Doing
Lead
WAN service delivery activities to ensure reliable performance and a seamless user experience.
Coordinate
cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve service issues and restore business operations efficiently.
Monitor
service metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and drive measurable service improvements.
Manage
critical incidents and technical changes while ensuring clear stakeholder communication and governance compliance.
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives that increase service availability, stability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience managing IT or network services with accountability for service performance and customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of
ITIL
practices and service management processes.




Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers in complex operational environments.
Understanding of network operations, service levels, KPIs, availability, and service performance management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, incident management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
