Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager, Enterprise — LATAM, based in Mexico City, to lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will set the strategy, drive revenue, and navigate multi-stakeholder opportunities across LATAM, partnering with cross-functional teams to expand Stripe's footprint.
You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage complex deals with executive stakeholders, and ensure strong pipeline, forecasting, and account planning.
