We are seeking a Culture & Internal Communications Analyst who is passionate about strengthening organizational culture, creating meaningful employee experiences, and developing effective internal communication initiatives.

As a Culture & Internal Communications Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of internal communication and culture initiatives, promoting employee engagement, reinforcing company values, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Human Resources and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and bring our culture to life.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Internal Communications, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, or Human Resources.
- Experience developing and executing internal communication campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.




- Experience supporting employee engagement, recognition, culture, or organizational initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or internal communication and collaboration platforms is a plus.
