Apex Logistics International is looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Mexican market.

Since 2001, we've been delivering freight forwarding, contract logistics, transport management, warehousing and distribution solutions by land, sea and air, with 48 offices worldwide across Mexico, the US, Canada, Europe, Greater China, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam and Australia. And we're still growing!

? Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)

? Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

✅ Manage and expand a portfolio of international and domestic clients

✅ Prospect, generate leads and identify new business opportunities

✅ Deliver sales pitches, proposals and negotiations both in English and Spanish

✅ Analyze the market and competition to help shape commercial strategy

✅ Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding client experience

✅ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for:

? Degree in International Trade,



Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or similar

? Previous B2B sales or business development experience in logistics or transport

? Proven experience in lead generation and active prospecting

? Strong analytical skills and market research abilities

? Excellent written and verbal communication

? Customer service mindset focused on long-term relationships

? English B2/C1 (an additional language is a plus!)

? CRM experience, autonomy and a results-driven attitude
