Responsibilities
The Opportunity in Mexico City!
As a Commercial Performance Analyst, you will support PepsiCo’s Sales Enablement and Performance Management agenda by analyzing data, monitoring commercial initiatives, and helping teams improve the execution of key sales programs.
You will work closely with the commercial team to maintain accurate information, track performance, support reporting processes, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve the way teams monitor execution.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and consolidate data to monitor the performance and execution of key commercial initiatives, including Big Bets and the National Playbook.
- Maintain and update playbook materials, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure information is accurate and accessible to the teams that use it.
- Support the preparation of regular performance reports and identify relevant trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Help improve and simplify reporting and tracking processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
- Monitor data quality and consistency across different sources and tools, identifying discrepancies and following up on corrections.
- Support the tracking of key program components, including forecasts, point-of-sale changes, visuals, sell sheets, and other commercial materials.
- Pull and organize early indicator data from POET to support performance monitoring and analysis.
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Portfolio Planning, Customer, and Sales teams to gather information, validate updates, and ensure reporting is aligned.
- Conduct post-audit analysis to identify execution gaps, trends, and potential root causes.
- Develop clear summaries and insights that help the team understand performance and prioritize actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to make tools, trackers, and reporting more efficient and user-friendly.
- Support leadership presentations and business reviews with accurate data, analysis, and clear visualizations.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English B2 - C1, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, commercial analytics, sales operations, business planning, reporting, or a related area.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and handling large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, or data management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate information across different teams.
- Good organization and time-management skills,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes and ways of working.
- Experience Power Query, SQL, or process automation tools is a plus, but not required.
