About the role
As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Care professionals while ensuring world-class service delivery to our customers across North America.
Key responsibilities
✅ 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Order Management.
✅ Previous experience leading and developing teams.
✅ Advanced English communication skills.
✅ Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
✅ Experience managing stakeholders in a fast-paced, integral environment.
✅ Continuous improvement and process optimization experience.
✅ SAP or ERP knowledge is highly desirable.
Qualifications and skills
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Care team.
- Ensure service excellence while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
